How it works

After you placed your order you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order is fulfilled and shipped, you will receive an additional email with tracking information. The moment the package is hand over to the shipping provider you can find all available information in the tracking.

No update? In rare cases packages can get stuck or lost. If there is no update for more than 30 days for international orders write us an email. We will file a complaint for you so the package insurance pays for the loss and you can get your money back.

International tracking: If your order is shipped outside of Germany the package might be hand over to your local post service. In order to still get all tracking information use the 'Shipment tracking in foreign countries' - button on the tracking page It looks like this:

All orders will be shipped via DHL. Shipping is available worldwide.

Rates are calculated at check out. Note that for international orders no detailed times are available.

Average shipping times after fulfillment. Business days are Mo-Fr.:

Germany  2-5 business days
Europe (EU)  5-14 business days
International  14+ business days

Returns

We offer returns within 14 days of you receiving your parcel.

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY:

  • Products can be tried on for sizing, but not used for a workout.
  • If the product is returned in an unacceptable condition, we may not provide a full refund.
  • Once digital products are downloaded, they cannot be returned or refunded.

If you received:

(a) Defective Item - In the event an item(s) is defective upon receipt or has a manufacturing defect, a refund or exchange will be granted upon inspection of item(s). Prior notification of the defect (+ pictures) must be sent via email to support@kingofweighted.com. We will not be able to issue refunds on defective items without prior notification.

(b) Wrong Item - In the event that you received a wrong item(s), we will send you a replacement. Once we have received the item(s) or proof of the wrong item we will ship out the correct item(s) immediately; dependent on current stock. Prior notification of this issue must be sent via email to support@kingofweighted.com.

(c) Missing Item(s) - In the event that you are missing items in your order. Once we receive this message we try to send out the missing item(s) immediately; dependent on current stock. Please contact us via mail at support@kingofweighted.com.
